Most AI coding assistants suggest code that a developer then reviews and deploys. Agentive AI goes further: it actively deploys and runs code within your environment. It doesn't just assist — it executes. This is the difference between an AI that writes snippets and an AI that builds, tests and ships working applications.

Our founding team has also previously delivered enterprise-scale platforms including PropCo (covering 1 in 7 agency-led property rentals in the UK) and the Countrywide plc portal rollout (45 brand identities).

Data security is foundational, not an afterthought. Private AI infrastructure — all models hosted on private infrastructure, no client data exposed to public AI services. TLS 1.2+ in transit; encryption at rest. Role-based access with least-privilege principle, mandatory MFA. GDPR / UK GDPR compliance, data residency aligned to contractual requirements. Our preference is a recognised cloud provider (GCP, AWS or Azure) where security certifications and threat detection are available as managed services.

You do. All Developed IP — code, applications and configurations created specifically for you — is assigned to you upon acceptance and full payment. We retain ownership of our methods and platform (the Apochra.ai platform, our AI working methods, and the infrastructure methodology). Where third-party or open-source components are incorporated, we identify them transparently.

No. Each stage is independently valuable. You can take the MVP and walk away — the code is yours. If you choose to continue, the Operate & Improve model provides continuous enhancement on a rolling monthly subscription. There is no long-term lock-in.
