How apochra.ai (J0927 Ltd) handles personal data — UK GDPR
This website collects no analytics, uses no cookies, and runs no third-party trackers. The only personal data we process is what you choose to send us by email.
1. Who we are
1 J0927 Ltd, trading as apochra.ai, is the data controller for personal data connected with this website. We are a private limited company registered in England & Wales, Company No. 16394091, registered office 21-23 Clemens Street, Leamington Spa, CV31 2DW.
2. What personal data we collect
2 This website is static content. It contains no forms, no account registration, no newsletter sign-up, and no analytics or tracking scripts. The website itself does not collect or store personal data.
2 If you contact us by email (for example through the info@apochra.ai link on this site), we process the information you give us — typically your name, email address, organisation and the content of your message — solely in order to respond to your enquiry. This is information you choose to send us; it is not collected automatically.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
3 This website does not use cookies, local storage for tracking, or any third-party analytics, advertising or social-media tracking technologies. No consent banner is required because no such technologies are in use. The site is a Progressive Web App (PWA): your browser may store page files in its cache for offline access and faster loading. This caching is a standard browser function under your control (you can clear it in your browser settings), and it does not track you or report anything back to us.
4. Legal bases for processing
4 Where we process personal data — chiefly, handling your email enquiries — our legal basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): responding to business enquiries is a core, expected part of running a commercial website. Where you ask us to provide services or pricing, we may also rely on taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Storage, retention and security
5 Email correspondence is retained only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and in line with our internal retention policies. Consistent with our UK data sovereignty commitments, personal data is kept within the United Kingdom wherever technically practicable. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or damage.
6. Sharing your data
6 We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We may disclose information where required by law, or to professional advisers (such as accountants or lawyers) who are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations. Any infrastructure providers we use process data only on our documented instructions.
7. Your rights
7 Under UK data protection law you have the right to: be informed; access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; erase data; restrict processing; object to processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@apochra.ai. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
8. Client engagements — when we act as processor
8 Where J0927 Ltd processes personal data on behalf of a client under a services agreement, the client is the controller and we act as processor under UK GDPR, in accordance with clause 9 (Data Protection) of our General Terms and Conditions. That includes processing only on documented instructions, appropriate technical and organisational measures, sub-processor authorisation, assistance with data subject rights and breach notification, and deletion or return of data at the end of the engagement.
9. Changes to this policy
9 We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The version date below shows the current version. Last updated: September 2026.
